Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a very general term that can encompass many of the physical and traditional types of yoga poses, breathing and concentration. If a class is described as Hatha style, it is probably going to be slow-paced and gentle and provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. Great class for beginners to yoga and also current practitioners. Levels include Beg/Inter/Advance.

Flow Yoga
Flow links the postures practiced in a regular yoga class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow Yoga involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout. Flow Yoga is recommended for students who have practiced Hatha Yoga and are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class. Flow Yoga builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus.

Slimming Yoga
Over the course of 3 months (24 lessons), our instructors will help you to reduce weight and keep it off forever. During every class you are going to practice yogis postures, breathing and relaxation techniques supporting your weight loss. You will tone and sculpt arms, back, chest, abs, buttocks and legs. Yoga postures and breathing techniques will help you to detoxify the physical body and build up overall strength.
Duration per class: 1 hour (twice weekly)
Couples Loving Yoga (HOT ITEM)
Celebrate your relationship with a couples yoga flow, give and take, yoga therapy, a little massage, and a lot of heart & soul communication. Allow abundant intimacy, serenity, patience and fun into your relationship where you and your loved one will create a loving, safe space to communicate more deeply with your Self and with each other.
Absolutely no experience in yoga required.

Pre Natal & Post Natal Yoga
Pregnancy is a brief and very special time in a woman’s life, and practicing yoga during pregnancy is a safe and gentle way to enjoy light exercise & relaxation. You will learn the specialized needs of a pregnant woman, showing you how to maintain flexibility, tone & strength throughout pregnancy while preparing for labour and childbirth.
Post natal yoga will act as a foundation to resume yoga after having a baby, allowing new mothers to concentrate on deep breathing which makes them more fit as new parents.

KIDS HOLISTIC YOGA PROGRAMME
Little Yogis (4 – 6yrs)
This playful class encourages self expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class.
Duration per class: 45minutes- 1hr
Yoga Kids ( 7- 12 yrs)
Children will improve strength, flexibility and coordination. They will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualizing techniques. They
will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures, group games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Teen Power Yoga ( 13 – 17yrs)
Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility are the main focus of this class, a transition between kids and adult yoga. Create emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation. Positive self awareness and esteem are encouraged.
